After completing a capability assessment or a Skill Check, you land on your results page automatically. You can return to it any time by going to Programs, selecting your program, and opening a capability you've completed.
Your results page gives you everything you need to understand how you did and what to focus on next. Here's what you'll find:
- Score summary — your overall score and proficiency level
- What's next — personalized recommendations based on your performance
- Your skills at a glance — a skill-by-skill breakdown with proficiency bars
- Your results — a question-by-question review with correctness labels
Note: Depending on how your organization has configured Workera, certain features such as Skill Checks, lessons, and feedback may be disabled.
Score summary
At the top, you'll see your score out of 300 and your proficiency level:
- Beginner: 0–99
- Developing: 100–199
- Accomplished: 200–299
- Expert: 300
You'll also see how many points you are above or below your program's target, and a description that summarizes your strengths and areas to focus on.
What's next?
Based on your performance, up to three recommendation cards appear to guide you to your highest-impact next step:
- Keep growing — Click Start lesson to open Elo for the skill with the largest gap. Elo generates a personalized lesson to help you build in that area.
- Improve your score — Click Skill check to go straight to a Skill Check for the skill with the biggest gap. This works best when you're close to your target and want to validate what you know.
- Measure your skills — Click Start assessment to begin a capability assessment for your next recommended capability.
Which cards appear and their order adapts to your score. If you haven't reached your target yet, improving your score is prioritized. Once you've met or exceeded your target, measuring your next capability is shown first.
Your skills at a glance
This section shows all the skills within the capability, each with a proficiency indicator made up of four bars:
- 4 bars filled — All skills mastered. You're all set here, no Skill Check needed.
- 3 bars filled — Most skills mastered, but there's still room for improvement.
- 2 bars filled — You have some understanding, but this is a gap worth focusing on.
- 1 bar filled — This is an area to prioritize. Elo can help you build your knowledge here.
Click on any skill to expand a detail panel. You'll see an AI-generated performance summary, the specific behaviors assessed within that skill, and two action buttons — Skill check and Start lesson — to take action on that skill directly. These buttons only appear for skills where you haven't yet reached the maximum proficiency level.
Selecting a skill here also filters the "Behaviors Included" section to the right to show only the behaviors from that skill.
Your results
A question-by-question review of your assessment in the order the questions were presented. Each question shows a correctness label:
- Not quite — the response was fully incorrect
- Getting there — mostly incorrect, but showed partial understanding
- Nearly there — mostly correct, with some gaps
- Well done — the response was fully correct
Expand any question to review the full question, your answer, and the expected answer. If you disagree with how a question was scored, you can submit an appeal from within the expanded view.
If you've completed one or more Skill Checks, an Assessment filter appears so you can switch between your baseline assessment and each Skill Check to compare your performance over time.
