Once you complete the onboarding you'll land on your Home page .The available sections are Home, Programs, Profile and Library.
🏠Home
In this section, you’ll find all the programs that you have been enrolled in and and single assessments. As you start completing assessments, your Home page will update with new data and scores.
Skill Profile: This section provides a quick overview of your skill profile, showing your strengths, gaps, and your strongest capabilities.
Program Overview and Scores: Here you can view a detailed breakdown of all your scores across your different assessments, and programs.
Programs
In this section, you can view all your completed and in-progress programs. You’ll be able to see details such as your target-met percentage, each program’s description, and the Team Average Progress.
To access any program or review all of the assessments in that program, simply click the “View Program” button.
Profile
Use the Profile page to review your skills and scores across the capabilities you are part of.
On this page, you will find:
Skills Composition: A chart showing your skills broken down by strengths and gaps.
Skills List: A detailed list of your skills. You can filter by capability to update the chart and focus on what you want to review.
Capability Scores: Your score for each capability you belong to.
