Your Program Page is where you can track your progress, view your learning capabilities, and continue your learning journey with Workera. Each Workera program is designed to guide you through skill development in a structured and personalized way.
How to Access Your Program Page
On the left panel, select the “Programs” option.
In this section, you can view the program’s completion percentage and its description.
You’ll also be able to see which assessment you need to take next. You can start it by clicking the “Take Assessment” button.
You can also view the capabilities you’ve completed (met target score) and access more detailed information about each one by clicking the “Review” button below each capability.
Measure
To begin working in a capability, click the “Take Assessment” button on that capability’s card.
This launches an AI-powered assessment - a conversational, challenge-based experience designed to measure your current strengths and gaps.
Start Learning (After You’ve Assessed)
If you’ve taken an assessment but haven’t yet reached the target score (typically 201), you’ll see a “Start Learning” button.
Click this to launch personalized learning content based on your assessment results. These recommendations are designed to help you close skill gaps and move closer to your goal.
Learning content unlocks only after you've completed the capability’s assessment — that way, it's tailored to your specific needs.
Review Completed Capabilities
Once you've hit the target score in a capability, it moves into the Completed Capabilities section. You’ll see your final score and a “Review” button that lets you revisit your results.
