Overview
The Programs experience helps leaders and administrators organize programs, monitor learner progress, and review participant performance in more detail.
From the Programs area, you can:
Find and organize programs
Track completion and progress
Review program-level performance
Filter participants by status
Open an individual participant view for deeper insights
This guide walks through the main areas of the Programs experience:
Access the Programs Library
To open the Programs Library, click on Programs from the left-side navigation menu. The Programs Library is the main place to view and manage your programs.
From this page, you can:
Filter programs by All, Draft, or Live
Filter by ownership
Sort programs by alphabetical order, date created, or date updated
Search for a specific program
Review progress bars that show participant status
Understand the program progress bar
Each program card includes a progress bar that shows participant progress across three statuses:
Not Started: No assessments have been taken
In Progress: At least one assessment has been taken.
Complete: All required target scores have been met for the program.
If a program has been published but no participants have been enrolled, that message appears below the progress bar.
These progress bars provide a quick view of overall program health.
Open a Program Detail page
To open a program, click on the program name from the Programs Library.
The Program Detail page gives you a more complete view of progress across all participants in that program.
At the top of the page, you can review:
The number of participants in each status
A visual program progress funnel
Top-performer highlights, shown on each capability card
Capability-level progress indicators
This page helps you understand program health at a glance and quickly identify where participants may need additional support.
Open a Capability Deep Dive
On the Program Detail page, the capability section shows progress at the capability level.
Click on a capability card to open a deeper view with more detailed participant information for that capability.
From this view, you can review:
Average score
Number of people who have baselined
Number of people who improved their score
Individual score data and key benchmarks
A maturity-level summary for the cohort (e.g., "Maturity level 3: Maintaining upskilling momentum")
- A score change comparison chart (first score vs. current score)
This view helps you understand performance trends within a specific capability and identify which participants may need additional support.
Review program participants
The Program Detail page also includes a participant list that gives you a quick view of everyone enrolled in the program.
You can filter participants by:
Complete
In Progress
Not Started
These filters help you focus on the right group of learners, such as participants who have not started yet or participants who are still working toward completion.
When viewing participants who are In Progress, you can also review details such as:
Last active time
Number of target scores met
Capability-level proficiency indicators shown on the participant row
Open a Participant Deep Dive
From the participant list, select an individual participant to open a more detailed view of their progress.
The Participant Deep Dive helps managers and administrators review an individual’s performance in more detail and prepare for more informed coaching conversations. This view includes:
High-level strengths and opportunity areas
Focus areas to support development conversations
Capability-level scores compared to target scores
Detailed capability performance
Assessment history and activity
Assessment questions and responses
This view can help managers prepare for more informed development conversations by showing both overall progress and more detailed performance context.
