What is the difference between Public and Private programs?
Public programs are visible to Managers and easier to roll out broadly. Managers can access and enroll users directly if they have the right Program Contributor role.
Private programs are hidden from Managers by default. Only Admins and explicitly assigned Program Contributors can access them.
How do I set a program to Public or Private?
Open the program and click "Edit" in the upper right side of your screen.
Select Settings (top right).
Toggle the program to Public or Private.
💡 Optional: If the program is Private, add Program Contributors to give specific managers access.
