How Do I Create Programs?

There are two ways to build your new program. 

To get started from the Programs page, click Create Program. 

Option 1: AI-Mentor guided Program Creation

Elo, Workera's AI-Mentor can help you design a tailored skills program in minutes.

1. Go to the Programs page and click Create New Program
2. The AI-Mentor guided creation will be the default option presented to you
3. Fill in a few prompts:
   • What’s the goal of this program? 
   • Who is the target audience?
4. (Optional) Answer additional questions about your tools, team, or content
5. When ready, click Generate Program

The AI-Mentor will suggest relevant skill domains based on your inputs. 

Option 2: Build Manually

You can hand-pick domains from our curated library.

1. From the Programs page, click Create New Program
2. Select Build Manually

3. Click Add a Domain

   

4. Browse, filter, or search by category or title

   

5. Select domains and click Add Domains

Before launching, review and customize:

• Title - Give your program a clear, goal-oriented name
• Target Scores - Default is 201 (Accomplished), but you can adjust these
• Due Date (optional) - Set a target timeline
• Required Domains -  To make changes, hover over a required domain and click Preview
• Elective Domains - To make changes, hover over an elective domain and click Preview
• Program Settings - Add a Program completion deadline, or make your Program Private. 

Once ready, click Launch program to activate the program and start enrolling users.
