Yes, you can make most changes directly, without needing help from your Workera Skills Strategist.
Open the program and click Edit to make changes in the setup wizard. Edits are batched and applied when you click Save.
What you can still change after participants are enrolled
Program name and description
Capabilities included in the program (you can add or remove them) and target scores for each capability
Deadline and assessment behavior: whether question-level results are shown, early exit, and custom upskilling links

What locks once participants are enrolled
The program goal (e.g., Develop and grow participant skills vs. Evaluate for hiring or high-stakes decisions) — changing it would retroactively alter the experience for users who've already started
Integrity settings — preventing copy/paste (in questions and in the code editor) and proctoring
🚨 Note: Adding or removing capabilities, or adjusting target scores, changes what's being measured for everyone enrolled - this will affect the completion status for participants and reporting data for administrators.
Edit Target Scores for a Capability
- Navigate to the Programs page.
- Click the name of the program you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Go to the Capabilities step.
- Select the capability you want to update.
- Drag the Target score slider to the new value (0–300 scale) or simply type in the new target score.
- Changes save automatically as you make them.
