How to connect Workera to Claude
Before you begin: this feature must first be enabled for Admins/Managers in Workera. If you don't see Workera MCP capabilities available, contact your Workera Skills Strategist to have it enabled.
If your Claude is on a Team or Enterprise plan: only a Claude workspace owner can add this connector. Ask your owner to add it under Organization settings, Connectors, then continue from step 4 below to turn it on for yourself.
Steps
- In Claude, whether the desktop app or claude.ai in the browser, open Settings and go to Connectors.
- Select Add custom connector.
- Name it Workera, paste the server URL, then select Add: https://skills.workera.ai/mcp
- Click on Connect and sign in to Workera when prompted to authorize the connection.
How to use it once connected
Start a new chat and tell Claude what you want to measure, in plain language. From there, Claude guides you through the process: it asks the shaping questions, builds each part of the assessment with you, and offers options along the way, the same way you would author in-app.
