Configuring LinkedIn Learning for Workera Integration
To connect your LinkedIn Learning account with Workera, you’ll need to set up a new SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) connection and share the resulting XML file with us. This ensures we can align to your Identity Provider (IdP) settings and complete the integration.
Step 1 – Sign In to LinkedIn Learning Admin
- Go to LinkedIn Learning Admin.
- Sign in with your LinkedIn Learning administrator credentials.
Step 2 – Create a New SSO Connection
- From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to:
- Authenticate
- Configure Single Sign-On
- Add New SSO
- Select SAML as the SSO type.
- Choose a name for the connection — for example: Workera/YourCompanyName
- Click Next.
Step 3 – Download the IdP XML File
- In the Identity Provider Settings section, click Download File.
- Save the XML file as-is — do not edit it.
- Send the XML file to your Workera Customer Success Manager.
Step 4 – Verification
- Once Workera receives your XML file:
- We’ll configure the integration on our side using your IdP parameters.
- We’ll confirm when your LinkedIn Learning connection is live in Workera.
Notes:
- Only LinkedIn Learning admins can access these settings.
- This process does not affect existing SSO configurations you may already have in place for other services.
