Overview
Workera uses role-based permissions to control visibility and access.
There are two primary administrative roles:
Admin
Manager
Admins have full access across the account. Manager access varies based on group setup, program permissions, and program ownership.
Admin Permissions
Admins have full access to everything in the account. Admins can:
View and manage all users
Create, edit, and manage all programs
Create and manage groups
Assign Group Managers
Assign Program Contributors
Set programs to Public or Private
View all reporting across the organization
Admins are not restricted by group assignments, contributor levels, or Public/Private settings.
Manager Permissions
Managers do not automatically have access to learner data.
Managers get access in one of three ways:
They created the program (Program owner)
Program owners have full visibility to all data in the specific programs they create.
They are added to a program (Program Contributor)
This controls what they can do in that program (view or edit) and whose data they can see (all learners in the program or only their group).
They manage a group
This limits visibility to learners in that group
If a Manager is not set up in any of the ways above, they will not see learner data.
