If you're seeing a "Too Many Redirects" error when trying to log in to Workera, it usually means your browser is storing outdated login information. Below are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.
How to Fix This Error
Option 1: Clear Cookies for Workera Only (Chrome example)
You can clear cookies just for Workera without affecting other websites. Here’s how:
Open Chrome and go to Settings > Privacy and security, then click Third-party cookies
Scroll down and click See all site data and permissions
Use the search bar to look for workera.ai. Then click the trash bin icon 🗑 next to workera.ai
→ This will delete all cookies and site data stored for Workera
Close the tab and try to log in again.
Option 2: Try a Different Browser
If you're unable to clear cookies, or prefer not to, you can try logging in using a different browser (like Firefox, Edge, or Safari) that hasn’t been used to access Workera recently.
