Capability score
Best for: people-focused reviews and tracking individual progress over time.
Key data included:
- Individual participant data
- Capability-level scores and score history
- Performance across Capabilities, regardless of which program the participant is in
When to use this report:
- To check how a specific participant is performing across all their Capabilities
- To track skill progression for individuals over time
- To run coaching conversations or performance reviews
Example questions: "How is this person doing overall?" or "How has each participant progressed in each Capability?"
Programs capability score
Best for: evaluating program impact and comparing performance across programs.
Key data included:
- Combined participant and program context
- Program details and Capability scores
- Target scores and Capability status per program
- Score history
When to use this report:
- To compare performance across different programs
- To monitor whether participants are meeting program-level target scores
- To evaluate the effectiveness of a specific training program
Example questions: "How did participants in Program X improve?" or "Are participants in different programs meeting their target scores?"
