As an Admin in Workera, you can download CSV reports to get deeper insights into your organization's participants, their progress, and overall program engagement. These reports are designed to give you flexibility in analyzing data and to support your reporting needs.
How to Access CSV Reports
- Log into your Admin Dashboard.
- Click on Settings in the lower left side of the screen
- Select the Downloadable reports tab
- Click Download to generate the report.
The file will be downloaded directly to your device.
Available Reports
The following reports are available for download:
- Capability score – Individual participant data including Capability-level scores and score history.
- Programs capability score – Participant data with program context, including target scores and Capability status per program.
- Program status – An overview of participant progress and status within each program.
- Users – A list of all users in your organization and their account details.
