If you believe your score is incorrect due to a scoring error, content issue, or technical problem, you can submit a Score Appeal for review. Our team will carefully review your request and respond within 4 business days.
Submit an Appeal After Completing the Assessment
If you notice a possible scoring issue, you can submit an appeal after completing your assessment from your Post-Assessment Page.
Steps:
- From your Home page, scroll to the Scores section and click on the capability for which you’d like to submit an appeal.
- This will open your Post-Assessment Review, where you can view your Growth Map - a summary of your strengths and improvement areas. (Learn more about Growth Map here)
- Under "Your Results" click the "Assessment drop-down" and click on the assessment you would like to review to access your initial responses and feedback for each question. In most cases this will be the first assessment.
- Navigate through the questions until you find the one you believe was scored incorrectly.
- Click on the question to expand the detailed view and see the feedback.
- Under the Feedback section the "Appeal score" button
- Provide a short explanation of why you believe your answer was correct or describe any technical issue that affected your performance.
- Click Submit to send your request.
- Once submitted, you will see a confirmation that your appeal is under review.
What Happens Next?
Once your appeal is submitted, our Assessment Team will review it carefully within 4 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification once the review is complete, whether or not your score is updated.
If approved, the appeal will result in updates to the question score, as well as the associated Skill rating(s) and Capability score.
