What is a Program?
A Program is a curated learning experience made up of multiple capabilities. It includes Skill Assessments and learning content tailored to a specific role, project, or business goal.
Can I be enrolled in multiple programs?
Yes! You can be part of multiple programs at once. Each program will appear as a separate card on your Elo homepage. If your programs have deadlines or different goals, your program manager will let you know how to prioritize your work.
Do I need to finish one program before starting another?
Not necessarily. You can work on multiple programs in parallel. If one has a deadline, be sure to prioritize that first.
