In Elo, assessments are structured around several challenges, each of which contains a series of questions embedded within them. These challenges are designed to measure your ability to apply knowledge and skills in realistic scenarios, rather than just answering isolated questions. Generally, you’ll complete 12-15 questions in the course of your assessment.
Each challenge focuses on a different skill or skill area within the overarching capability, ensuring a well-rounded assessment of your capabilities. As you progress, you’ll encounter various types of questions, some testing specific knowledge and others requiring deeper problem-solving, analysis, or decision-making.
This approach allows Elo to measure not only what you know but also how well you can apply that knowledge in practical situations, providing a more meaningful and insightful measurement of your skills.
